河南省黄河友谊奖简介
　
　　河南省“黄河友谊奖”是河南省人民政府为表彰河南省经济发展和社会进步做出突出贡献的国际友人、外国专家、海外华人、华侨、港澳知名人士而设立的最高荣誉奖。每年举行一次颁奖仪式，由河南省人民政府省长亲自颁发“黄河友谊奖”荣誉证书和奖章。“黄河友谊奖”颁奖工作 由省外侨办牵头组织实施。自 2000 年至 2005 年，省政府已为 33 名国际友人、外国专家、海外华人、华侨、港澳知名人士颁发了“黄河友谊奖”。

　　对外颁发“黄河友谊奖”是我省外事工作的一项重要内容，是扩大对外开放，增进对外交流的有效举措。几年来，“黄河友谊奖”已在海内外产生了重大的影响，为我省经济建设、社会进步起到了积极的作用。黄河友谊源源流长，成为河南通往世界的友谊纽带。

　　　　　　　　　　　　Henan Province Yellow River Friendship Prize Introduction
　　“Yellow River Friendship Prize” is the highest honor which is set up by Henan Provincial People's Government. It is for commending the international friends, foreign experts, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao celebrities who have made prominent contributions to Henan Province's economic development and social progress. The presentation ceremony holds one time every year, and the honor certificates and medals of “Yellow River Friendship Prize” are presented personally by the Governor of Henan Province. The “Yellow River Friendship Prize" presentation work is organized and implemented by the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Henan Province. From year 2000 to year 2005, the provincial government has awarded "the Yellow River Friendship Prize" to 33 international friends, foreign experts, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao celebrities.

　　“Yellow River Friendship Prize” presentation externally is an important part of our foreign affairs work, which effectively promotes the foreign exchanges with the outside world. These several years, the “Yellow River Friendship Prize” has had a significant influence in China and abroad, and has played a positive role for our province's economic development and social progress. Yellow River Friendship flows in a steady stream, which is becoming the ties of friendship to the world.
